The person who leads a sales call may not be the person who builds the site. That is normal in many agencies. What matters is whether the delivery team, oversight, and escalation path are clear before a contract is signed.
Check the real path
- Ask who owns strategy, design, development, content, quality review, and launch.
- Request a relevant example and clarify which named people worked on it.
- Find out when the buyer can meet the delivery lead and how feedback reaches that person.
- Put review milestones, acceptance criteria, and the escalation contact in the proposal.
Decide what to change
A junior team member can do excellent work with appropriate review. Seniority is not a quality guarantee. Judge the actual process, work samples, and accountability rather than assuming a staffing pattern is a bait and switch.
Put it in the project brief
Before paying for a fix, ask the provider to name the affected page or workflow, the change they will make, how they will test it, and which dependencies or exclusions could change the estimate. Keep the baseline and the completed test so both sides can see what improved.
How ARCHV can help
ARCHV can identify its project lead and delivery roles in a scoped proposal. Staffing depends on the engagement. Share the current page and the problem through ARCHV's website estimate form. If you are an agency seeking delivery support, see the partner route.
