A click shows that an ad persuaded someone to visit. It does not show that the visitor found the promised product, accepted the price, or could complete an order. Follow one real ad from impression to payment before changing the creative or rebuilding the store.
Check the real path
- Open the live ad's final URL on a phone. Does the first screen show the product, offer, and conditions the ad actually promised?
- Select the promoted item and verify its variant, stock status, price, and cart line. A mismatch here is a product-data or theme problem.
- Continue until shipping and payment. Record when mandatory costs and delivery timing become visible, and whether the test order can complete.
- Compare sessions by campaign and device. If the drop occurs before product selection, examine the destination; if it occurs at payment, inspect checkout and operations.
Decide what to change
Do not assume that a lower conversion rate proves the landing page is at fault. Traffic quality, price, stock, delivery terms, and checkout behavior can each explain the result. Fix the first reproducible mismatch and measure the same path afterward.
Put it in the project brief
Before paying for a fix, ask the provider to name the affected page or workflow, the change they will make, how they will test it, and which dependencies or exclusions could change the estimate. Keep the baseline and the completed test so both sides can see what improved.
How ARCHV can help
ARCHV can scope a focused campaign page and agreed link or form checks. Storefront, payment, and ad-account changes require separate discovery. Share the current page and the problem through ARCHV's website estimate form. If you are an agency seeking delivery support, see the partner route.
